How it works

Fast where it can be. Human where it counts.

AI tools help us reach and schedule more technicians. People review every candidate. Employers make every hiring decision.

The four steps

  1. 01

An employer shares an open role.

You tell us about the site, the equipment, the shift pattern, and the pay. If you have a job description, send it. If not, a short call works.

  2. 02

    We source commercial HVAC techs.

We search for commercial HVAC technicians who hold EPA 608 and have real commercial experience, including people who aren't actively looking.

  3. 03

AI tools handle the first pass.

AI tools send outreach, book calls, and ask first-round screening questions. A person reads every result and talks to every candidate we move forward.

  4. 04

    We send screened profiles.

You get a short list with a clear profile for each person. You interview, you decide, and we handle offers and start dates with you.

Where AI helps. Where people decide.

AI tools help with

  • Outreach to technicians
  • Scheduling calls
  • First-round screening questions

People decide

  • A person reviews every candidate
  • A person decides who we send
  • The employer interviews and makes every hiring decision

Our standard

What every candidate goes through.

We're new, so we won't show you logos or numbers we haven't earned. Here is the bar every candidate has to clear before you see them.

  • EPA 608 check

We confirm the certification type and the number on the card.

  • Commercial experience review

Years on commercial systems, the equipment they've worked on, and where.

  • Reference check

We talk to people who have worked with them.

  • Background check through a licensed vendor

    Launching

Run with the candidate's consent and in line with local law.

  • Skills review

    Launching

A technical review with an experienced HVAC advisor.

What we will not do

Lines we don't cross.

  • Post fake job listings to collect resumes.
  • Sell or rent candidate data. Ever.
  • Submit anyone to an employer without their consent.
  • Let software make a hiring decision.
